This long and massive necklace is probably from one of the nomadic tribes of Afghanistan or Turkmenistan. There is a central pendant that is usually a cuff but used as a main pendant in this incredible design. It has inscribed floral and boteh (paisley) motifs. The central pendant measures 3-7/8 x 4-3/8 inches. The back is flat and smooth.
The chain is sturdy and finely made, flat with triple links attached to round floral shaped links and is 28 inches in length and 1 inch at the widest.y
