I found this marvelous ring on a jewelry hunt in the mountains of Murree and Swat,Pakistan.

The mall road on Murree,Pakistan is a great tourist destination and a treasure for jewelry lovers. It does however take a real jewelry addict to dig in to the piles of old pieces to find something so magnificent.

This beautiful old afghan ooak ring was probably made in the mid 1900s,thats what the kind and humble shop keeper told me.

The ring has a gorgeous brown onyx stone in the center.The middle of the ring holds a pear shaped brown colored onyx stone,The craftsmanship is amazingly perfect.This ring is vintage.The body of the ring is elevated from the band which is engraved with beautiful circular motifs.

The band is hand stamped and is of rose gold shade.The band is slightly bent as shown in 3rd picture.
